Strategies

1. The information, documentation and communication
Sharing information, documenting best practices and lessons learnt together with a communication to a larger audience with the aim to increase the knowledge and the information on the susceptible subjects for building the women capacities in changing mentalities towards a sustainable development through a gender balance approach.

2. The Training
In order to strengthen the analysis capacities and the oriented interventions for all members and beneficiaries, training has been a key component and tool in all areas to help the women in general and the rural women in particular , to become masters of their own destiny.

3. The Studies and Research
For a participatory planning and evidence based interventions, the two strategies serve to constitute an index (database) to feed the work and from here avail the tools for advocacy to put the accent on the appraisal of the women in general and the rural woman in particular.

4. Le Lobby and Advocacy
Findings from studies and researches once available, they help first to build solid foundation and influence policies and strategies for a better work in relation to woman empowerment, equity and gender balance for the improvement of the politico-economic, social and cultural conditions.
